In line with Dubai’s commitment to empowering People of Determination and enhancing its position as a leading inclusive global destination, and as part of the activities of the Arabian Travel Market 2025, which will be held from April 28 to May 1 at the Dubai World Trade Centre, we are pleased to inform you that the Authority is launching the “Sanad Tourist Card” for visitors with disabilities in Dubai.
The “Sanad Tourist Card” is the first of its kind worldwide. It is issued electronically via the “Dubai Now” application within 24 hours of arrival — or prior to arrival for those who have previously visited Dubai — and offers exclusive benefits, including:
Free permit for accessible parking.
50%discount on taxi fares.
Free use of public transportation.
Free or discounted entry to major tourist attractions.
Exclusive discounts at shopping malls, restaurants, pharmacies, and telecommunications companies.
This initiative aims to provide a comprehensive and exceptional tourism experience for visitors with disabilities, aligning with Dubai’s priorities to foster a more inclusive and innovative society.
